Greater Manchester HIV Testing Week 2025

Getting tested for STIs and HIV with PaSH is free, discrete and confidential.

Monday 24th November – Sunday 30th November – Greater Manchester HIV Testing Week

The PaSH Partnership (BHA for Equality, LGBT Foundation and George House Trust), have created a schedule of pop-up testing events throughout all boroughs of Greater Manchester. These events will include:

  • Free HIV and STI testing
  • Free condoms and lube
  • Free and confidential Sexual Health Advice
  • Friday 28th November – Free PrEP Initiation at G-A-Y

Who can get tested with PaSH?

PaSH partners offer free HIV and STI testing for Greater Manchester residents who identify as LGBTQ+ or are from a Black, Asian or minoritised ethnic community. Getting tested for STIs and HIV with PaSH is confidential and will not affect your immigration status.

What STIs can PaSH test for?

PaSH STI kits can test for HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B A blood sample will be taken to test for HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B and site-swabs and/or a urine sample will be taken for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea. Please note that you will be asked to take the swab samples by yourself.

How can I get tested for STIs and HIV with PaSH?

There are many ways to get tested with PaSH. You can book a free appointment in various community setting across Greater Manchester and receive a rapid HIV test, where you will receive your results in one minute and a full screen STI test. You can also order a home testing kit to be delivered to your postal address.
